I partner with leaders and mission-driven organizations to uncover what has shaped them, give language to what matters, and carry that wisdom forward.

The work may become a personal story, reflection, article, leadership or formation piece, or something created specifically for an organization and the people it serves.

I take on a small number of projects each year, with particular interest in work rooted in leadership, service, purpose, and the things worth carrying forward.
